Our customers

Bakeries, patisseries, gastronomy and canteens, the food- producing industry and food trade have been our customers for many years now. Bulk consumers and industry customers both in Austria as well as in Central Europe put their trust in our SENNA quality products.

Our products

Starting from pastries and bakery goods that are made out of SENNA margarine, from deep-fried and roasted meals with SENNA fats and oils, from garnishing with SENNA delicacies such as mayonnaise, ketchup, sauces or dressings to the starters of SENNA Antipasti, sweet dishes out of SENNA ingredients (such as concentrates for cream fillings, fruit fillings and creams) until the final SENNA frozen pastries: SENNA products are the daily basis of many meals that our clients offer in their bakery shop, patisserie and kitchen.

At present SENNA is the only margarine producer in Austria, a leading Austrian producer of fats and delicacy products (such as mayonnaise and ketchup) as well as an established supplier for bakery components. Furthermore SENNA provides its different customers segments with additional products for baking and cooking with strong cooperation partners such as BALI or MONINI. Altogether with our specifically tailored assortment we are one of the key suppliers for our customer groups.

Quality out of tradition is our foundation. Starting from the raw material to the final product, from the beginning to the result we are committed to fulfil the highest quality demands.

Our distribution system

SENNA is known throughout Central Europe. In Austria there are in addition the two segments "SENNA Back&Co" and "SENNA Gastro" specialized on the specific requirements of bakeries/confectionaries on the one hand an gastronomy/catering on the othrer. Our expert sales force is always in service for our customers in our home country as well as abroad.
